Company Overview

The idea to create LeBurn was ignited from the burning passion within us to deliver the highest quality, most effective and incredibly fun exercise classes to clients of all fitness levels and abilities across Adelaide.

 

The birth of LeBurn meant we could offer a range of class styles we love, from a beautiful space and with access to fantastic equipment that enhances the client experience to anyone and everyone.

 

Our goal is to help everyone who comes through our door achieve a life, balanced. This starts with you. You show up and we provide the tools to help you move, feel energised and empowered.

 

Our expertise in allied health and experience in instructing has allowed us to design and tailor different class styles to target different goals. This includes improvements in strength, endurance, mobility, and balance. At LeBurn, there is something for everyone.

We want you to be the best version of you. Utilising our classes and exercising under the guidance of highly experienced trainers means you will not only reap the physical benefits of exercise, but the non-physical rewards too. We guarantee you will leave LeBurn with a sweat and a smile.

Our Trainers

Courtney

Courtney is a licensed MSK Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) Degree from the University of South Australia. She began dancing at the age of 3 and has utilised this training and her passion for health in her professional endeavours from the age of 18. Courtney now has 18 years of living and breathing the industry and has also obtained a Certificate 3 in Fitness, a Barre Instructor Certification and has been teaching Pilates and Barre for the last 3 years. 

 

Currently working at a physio clinic during the day, the evenings are devoted to challenging and teaching people of all levels and abilities to improve their all-round health, through her tailored classes. Her specialist knowledge allows her to tailor each workout to individual clients’ needs, allowing for a truly versatile class setting for everyone.

Sarah

Sarah is an accredited practising dietitian (APD) and qualified Barre instructor, who has been teaching for over 5 years. Having been a dancer since the age of 4, Sarah has always had a passion for movement, and seeks to help others find enjoyment in their chosen fitness modality, too. Sarah has completed 9 years of tertiary education across the areas of nutrition, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and psychology, and has a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Sarah’s broad scope of knowledge surrounding health and the human body is evident in the informative classes she delivers. With exercises carefully selected based on their effectiveness, Sarah’s “no nonsense, no time wasting” approach means you get the most bang for your buck in the class time. Full time dietitian by day, and barre instructor by night, Sarah lives and breathes a healthy lifestyle that is fuelled by good food and quality exercise. She hopes to educate and support others to achieve their health goals through proper nutrition and a well-rounded fitness regime.
